Sonadezi Long Binh achieved positive business results

Sonadezi Long Binh Shareholding Company has just hold reference for its business activities in 2023 with many positive results, successfully completing the plan assigned by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Speaking at the conference, the BOD of Sonadezi Long Binh informed that in 2023 there are many unfavorable factors affecting the Company's operations. In addition to the difficulties and challenges in the general context, Sonadezi Long Binh has to face difficulties in the specific business activities such as compensation, site clearance, obstacles due to changes in policies and regulations of laws related to land, construction …

In that context, with the determination, efforts and solidarity of the BOD and all employees, Sonadezi Long Binh has successfully completed the 2023 plan, with basic indicators all growing compared to 2022.

Regarding investment and development activities of industrial parks, the Company promotes investment in new factories to diversify product supply and continues to upgrade and reinvest in infrastructure in existing industrial parks.

In 2023, Sonadezi Long Binh is one of the member company that exceeded the revenue and after-tax profit plan in the Sonadezi Corporation, specifically total revenue of more than 402 billion VND, reaching 103.3% of the yearly plan; after-tax profit of 116.5 billion VND, reaching 104.5% of the yearly plan; budget contribution of 57.6 billion VND, reaching 122.6% of the yearly plan. In addition, the company is honored to be recognized as a typical member in caring for welfare regimes for employees.

Attending the Conference, Ms. Luong Minh Hien - Chairwoman acknowledged and praised the efforts and achievements of Sonadezi Long Binh in 2023 and directed the BOD and all employees: "2024 still has many uncertain difficulties but is also a special year marking the 15-year milestone of establishment and development of Sonadezi Long Binh Company. I hope that the BOD will continue to implement the orientation well, together with all employees to maintain solidarity, creativity, innovation to develop Company further and achieve a higher position in the industry".

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Ms. Luong Minh Hien assigned the 2024 Plan to the Company's Executive Board. Specifically, in 2024, the main targets for Sonadezi Long Binh business tasks are as follows: Revenue exceeds the 500 billion VND mark, specifically reaching 520 billion VND; profit after tax reaches more than 189 billion VND, an increase of 62.5% compared to the results achieved in 2023; budget contribution is more than 65 billion VND.
