Starting construction in September 2022, currently 2 new factories in Thanh Phu Industrial Park (Dong Nai) and Chau Duc Industrial Park (Ba Ria - Vung Tau) of Sonadezi Long Binh have completed construction and are put into operation for rent. With each factory area ranging from 3,000m2 to 5,000m2, Sonadezi Long Binh aims to meet the diverse and flexible rental needs of investors.
