SZB's growth exceeded expectations for 2024 – A notable highlight at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

According to SZB's 2024 business performance report, key business indicators recorded growth compared to 2023 and simultaneously exceeded the set targets. Specifically, total revenue in 2024 reached VND 520 billion, an increase of 34.7% compared to the previous year and 4.2% above the set plan. The company's after-tax profit reached VND 197 billion, a 69% increase compared to 2023, exceeding the planned target by 3.9%. With these outstanding results, SZB's shareholders approved the 2024 dividend payout at a rate of 40%, equivalent to VND 120 billion, which is 14.3% higher than the initial plan.

According to Mr. Nguyen Ba Chuyen, General Director of SZB, the company achieved positive investment and business results during the year, creating momentum for growth. Particularly in project investment, SZB has completed the necessary procedures and financing to expand its clean land bank at Thanh Phu Industrial Zone, aiming to increase supply for investors. The company expects to put this land area into operation and recognize revenue from 2025 onwards. For the 2025 plan, SZB will focus on investing in and developing land plots with complete legal documentation and constructing factories at Xuan Loc, Thanh Phu, and Chau Duc Industrial Zones. Additionally, the company will continue to effectively operate its leased office space and land at other industrial zones, while also optimizing the utilization of its invested warehouse and yard system.

Within a market with ongoing volatility and unforeseen risks, SZB is cautiously developing its business plan for 2025. The company projects total revenue of VND 450 billion, along with after-tax profit of VND 127 billion and a dividend payout of 35%.
